It is management belief that employee’s with good health is a company’s greatest asset and the pre-requisite for industrial efficiency.

In line with this;

(i)  Management shall maintain an insurance against any liability that may result in the event of any personnel suffering occupational disease or any impairment of health.

(ii)  A medical retainer ship clinic which shall handle routine and medical emergencies.

(iii)  Management shall ensure that personnel attain and maintain high level of well-being and to work collaboratively with other worker, families, regulatory agencies, community agencies and other occupational safety health professional.

(iv)  Management shall provide first aid box in her vase office and worksite which shall be manned by a competent first aider/nurse and record of medical injuries treated must be documented in a first aid note book by the first aider.
